Successfully Tailoring Educational Programs to Europe and Beyond – a LIVE Webinar Jan 23rd @10am Eastern

Recently presented at the ASAE Annual Meeting in Chicago, Ms. Annemarie Weise, Senior Business Development Manager for MCI Benelux and Mr. Kevin Perry, Ed.D, Director of SAE International’s Professional Development division (Retired) will repeat their popular ASAE session.

Starting a business is the very popular dream of modern people, but there's nothing wrong with it. Quite the opposite, it's great that people know what they want and what they need, but many of them don't know that this endeavor needs a huge knowledge of business processes and the constant desire to improve it. Of course, it's great that there are many organizations and associations ready to support local businesses and let them grow, but all prospective business owners must study hard. And don't forget that the opportunity to order the best custom essays is a way to get through the studies without sacrificing your own time and other resources. If you decide to use help, it doesn't mean you're lazy or something like that. You just value your time and nothing more. Don't hesitate to contact pro writers when you need help or want to understand a complicated assignment — it's the fastest way to do it and be a professional in what you're doing. Devote yourself to disciplines that are more valuable for you.

Multiple challenges were identified and had to be overcome to allow successful establishing of the organization’s professional development portfolio in Europe:

  1. Organization perceived as U.S.-centric + rivalry between U.S. and EU markets
  2. Lack of awareness regarding the organization’s offering
  3. Need to customize content, pricing and format to the European audience
  4. Specificities of the European market (languages, cultures)

The purpose of this session will be to outline the sales, marketing and course development strategy which was implemented in order to establish the organization’s professional development offering in Europe.

Following the positive results in Europe, the organization extended its offering to Asia and is currently successful in over 30 countries.

Education in Healthcare: the Next Fundraising Goldmine

Recently presented at the ASAE Annual Meeting in Chicago to over 100 association executives, Mr. Lieven Mariën, external relations manager for MCI Benelux, repeated his popular session last week in a LIVE Webinar.  The session was recorded an available for on demand viewing.

According to a recent study 53% of associations surveyed struggle to secure event sponsors while member retention rates decrease by 16%.

What are we doing as associations to provide relevant offerings to industry partners and maintain ongoing stakeholder relations built on improved partner ROI? Are we looking beyond the annual conference to locate such opportunities?

Based on these observations, MCI Benelux developed a 365° methodology whereby sponsors can select 24/7, where ever they are based, the sponsorship options that best suits to their budget and business focus. For instance, can we give industry partners a choice to support education opportunities over exhibiting?

The 365° strategy features a dedicated and fully branded microsite listing all “real time” sponsorship opportunities including the different sponsorship levels. To create a sense of urgency, the site showcases all confirmed purchases made by sponsoring companies and what they booked with the association.

Sponsors are able to select à-la-carte options and design the package that best fits their needs. Data are prepopulated automatically to simplify their experience and they can access real-time analytics or historical purchases made previously.

In this webinar, you will learn how a European-based healthcare association reached a 217% increase in sponsorship and exhibition revenues and gained the trust of 14 new sponsors in just two years; with the biggest sponsor investing 11.5 times more than its initial budget. With this new strategy, long-term partnerships with industry partners was built extending opportunities well beyond its Annual Conference.
